How do you think Brazil team line up will in 2014 World Cup? I know its still early to tell. But its only 2.5 Years away.

    My Team will go

    - Neymar - Pato - Robinho -

    ------- Lucas Moura ------

    ---- Ganso - Ramires ----

    Marcelo - D. Luiz - T. Silva - Maicon

    ---------
    Julio Cesar ---------

Subs - D. Avles - In for Maicon
    ------ Dede - In for D. Luiz
------ Jefferson - In For Julio Cesar

    Pato or Leandro?
Maicon or Marcelo or D. Alves?
David Luiz or Dede or Lucio?
    Ronaldinho or Kaka or Ganso?
    Julio Cesar or Jefferson?

    What do you think?

Brazil need to build a strong team before 2013 confederation cup and hopefully they can build the team chemistry from there for the 2014 World Cup, so they can have have the best team possible.

Personally, I'd switch Hulk for Robinho and Jefferson(or anybody else) for Julio Cesar. And I'm a huge huge fan of Kaka's game, so hopefully he sheds his injury bug.

And Pato for me, still has some work to do in order to secure that spot.

Wayyyyyy too early to even think about this. Brazil produces top players every other month.

Also majority of these guys you posted are young, who knows where they will be in 2014.

Like other people said, even though 2.5 years seem short, it's still a lot of time for such young players. They will either mature and fulfill their expectations, or flop due to injury or attitude, so it's too soon to say.

However my team RIGHT NOW would be, ignoring injuries:

    ------------------Jefferson----------------
    Maicon-----Thiago Silva--Dede---Marcelo-
    --------------------Lucas-----------------
    -----------Hernanes-----Kaká-------------
    ---Hulk---------------------------Neymar--
    -------------------Damião-------------------

Subs: Diego Alves, Rafinha, David Luiz, Luisão, Cortes, Sandro, Arouca, Ganso, Lucas Moura, Oscar, Robinho, Nilmar.

Pato is too unstable atm IMO, he lost a lot of agility and dribbling and his finishing is still not up to par to a Brazillian #9. He is still pretty fast and strong though, and I hope he will return to his best soon :)

But its preety obvious that the young players like Neymar and Lucas Moura will play if they do not get injured, and if Ganso returns the his best then he will most probaly play too.

And its not like a new talented player will just pop out of no where within 2 years for the 2014 World Cup, Because if their was a young talented player right now like Neymar then we would of known about him by now.

"Obvious" is not a word I would use when we talk about players in the Selecao. Other players will emerge between now and the Copa - and things will become clearer when the Olympics are out of the way. If 2014 was tomorrow, I would say Thiago Silva is guaranteed and we think about the other 10!
