Everyone's entitled to their evaluations, but I think Lee Seunggi would make a great winger playing next to Ku Jachul, as he was against Lebanon. Wing is where Lee should be playing in the future anyways if he wants to have a future in Europe. His instincts more resemble those of a forward than it does a midfielder. Also, I would be very shocked if Lee Chungyong started against Uzbekistan. The national team have been quietly making a run since Choi Kanghee's arrival, and Lee was in no part of that. The depth at the wings is much higher than it was prior to his injury and his 'replacements' have been performing, which means Lee is going to have to earn his way into the starting eleven. Kim Hyungbum played well against Zambia, and the likes of Nam Taehee, Kim Bokyung, and Lee Seunggi can all play on the right. And then there's Lee Keunho who had been playing as a winger under Choi Kanghee. Son Heungmin is also in the depth chart somewhere although he's most likely not getting the call in September. Choi Kanghee knows it's important to keep the competition going and he won't red carpet Lee Chungyong's return.
