Ray Allen signs for the Heat for HALF the money Boston offered him.

I guess the fight with Rondo wasn't overblown.

    Pretty hurt right now.

    ne hejtaj

pretty douche move by Allen, but I can see his reasoning. He wants a ring in a utility role. In all fairness, the Miami Heat have a much better shot at winning with the Heat than with Boston.

He took half the money to play for the enemy. He's dead to me. You can reason it to death.

The New York Knicks have landed Marcus Camby in a sign-and-trade. He has signed for three years and 13 million dollars. This is a very nice pick-up for the Knickerbockers as they can replace Tyson Chandler with Marcus Camby to basically play as their goalie inside the paint fr opposing offenses. Anything he provides on offense will be considered as a bonus for New York. In return, the Houston Rockets will receive Toney Douglas, Josh Harrelson, and Jerome Jordan. The Rockets have fulfilled their need in a solid starting point guard, after trading Kyle Lowry and losing Goran Dragic in free agency.

In other news, Roy Hibbert has confirmed that he will stay with the Indiana Pacers after rumors of him leaving to a few other teams, including the Portland Trail Blazers. This is nice news for the Pacers since they don't need to worry about losing their All-Star center. Finally, my Sacramento Kings have finally signed the fifth pick of the first round, Thomas Robinson after nearly two weeks after drafting him in the NBA Draft. The terms of the deal, such as years and payments, have not been announced.

Now, we are still awaiting to see where many other coveted free agents leave or stay in this 2012 off-season, especially the Orlando Magic big-man Dwight Howard. I am really hoping he is tarded to the Brooklyn nets so A) Teletovic can play with the best center in the NBA, leaving him unattended on offense. B) The Nets are title contenders.

Never heard of him either. At least it looks like we are getting our talents recognized. The more Bosnians in the NBA the better chance we have of getting better as a basketball country.

Actually, yeah. That rngs a bell. :D Zoran was born in Mostar, and played for Croatia internationally. He was drafted 22nd in the first round by the Nets. He might be his younger brother? It might be too young to be a brother though, so maybe first cousins?

The perks of being in the NBA

Javale McGee has been resigned to a four-year contract with the Denver Nuggets.

In other news, Antawn Jamison has joined Steve Nash and Kobe Bryant, and will be dressing up in L.A. Lakers yellow this season.

A quick summary of my Kings' offseason thus far...

    Additions to the Roster

On Draft night this year, there was a lot of debate on who we would select to be on our team. All that debate vanished once we found out that Thomas Robinson fell down to the fifth spot, where we were selecting. He can provide some hustle, effort, and what is most needed for our young team, leadership and great defense. It was a great pick, and many people in Sacramento love having T-Rob on our roster. In the second round of the draft, we traded our pick for cash, so we won't have the possibility of having a second-round gem this year. :D

We also traded a second-round pick in 2014 for forward James Johnson. He will add the depth that we needed for our front-court. We have signed point guard Aaron Brooks. He is a very good signing, someone who doesn't need the ball in his hands to be effective. But in order to make this move happen, we have waived Hasan Whiteside.

    Summer League

Well, all eyes were (and still are) on Thomas Robinson, the fifth pick, and Jimmer Fredette, to see if he has gotten his stroke back. In the first game, we were blown out by the Bobcats but Thomas Robinson had 19 points and five rebounds. Then, we beat the Lakers in our second game, by eight points. Thomas Robinson grabbed 12 boards in that game. And finally, in our latest game, we were blown out again, but this time against the Houston Rockets. Jimmer put on a great show, scoring 30 points. meanwhile, Thomas Robinson added eight rebounds and three assists. We then lost to the Raptors 96-89 in a game where Jimmer dropped 19 points and Thomas Robinson added seven points and eight rebounds. In our Summer League season finale against the Boston Celtics, we defeated the Celtics to improve our record to 2-3. Jimmer had 19 points and five assists while Thomas Robinson had a monster 16 rebounds! He has shown that he has a great nose for rebounds, grabbing at least 10 boards multiple times in the Summer League this season. He and Demarcus Cousins will surely b a frontcourt duo to ook out for in the nearby future...

What I want to see out there...

    PG - Isiaih Thomas
    SG - Tyreke Evans
    SF - ??? (Free Agent?)
    PF - Thomas Robinson
    C - Demarcus Cousins

    Bench -

PG - Jimmer Fredette (Key Bench Player)/Aaron Brooks
SG - Marcus Thornton (6th Man)
SF - John Salmons (Key Bench Player)/Tyler Honeycutt
    PF - Chuck Hayes
C - Jason Thompson (Key Bench Player)

We should be a fast-pace team, and run teams like the LA Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs out of the building. Cousins and Robinson can help crash the boards, while Thornton will spread the floor. Thomas will run the show, while Evans will be first or second option on offense. I hoe we can sign a solid starting small forward before the off-season ends, one that can spread the floor to make room for EVans, Thomas, etc. to drive in.

Its definitely worth it if you find the right cards. Rookie Jordan from 86 goes for 4000 dollars for example

Currently watching Giants-Cowboys. I hope they resolve this referee situation because the new guys are worse than the old guys and that says a lot.
