I was just joking. I apologized about 2 pages ago. I didn't mean that literally I just meant it as in if someone kicked me on purpose, i would revenge, but do it when he was most vulnerable and least expecting it. It wasn't directed at you though I know my choice of words may have been distasteful.

I didn't think it was literal. Not the best of examples, but I don't think there was any ill will.

Ditto, I'm still trying to figure out what he meant.

Typically I'm opposed to anyone getting shot in the head. :p

Well that's what happens when people take soccer too seriously,it's like religion it starts with hardcore fans and ends with chest crossing players and pointing fingers to heaven after they score. It's just pure insanity.Regarding Barca,i've heard they have some special private cemetery for hardcore fans who wish to be connected with club even afterlife, and for some PROMINENT club members after cremation, they ashes spread over the field in Nou Camp. There goes human inteligence,so don't be suprised if somebodylike these yoyos wants you shot in the head (over the internet ) )))))))

On the second Barca penalty, why didn't the referee come and warn Nesta, Busquets and Puyol before the corner was taken? That's what's written in the rules and what we see referee's do to deal with shirt pulling in the box week in week out. Seems a bit strange the referee see's the foul but still allows Xavi to take the kick, knowing no matter if he gave a penalty or a Milan free kick it was going to be a big decision.

Another thing, I seen some frame by frame pictures of the foul, the ball is dead while Nesta is holding Busquets so technically this is not a foul till the ball is back in play. This is normally where the ref steps in to separate the player's and issue warnings, neither was done in this instance. The ball being dead is why we see so much shirt pulling in the box as it's not a foul till the ball is kicked, so it's quite a good strategy in taking advantage of the rules.

Exactly. First of all, 2 pk's in one half (usually unheard of) for Barca and one for Milan on Ibra who was taken down that was not called. One of them clearly looked that the Milan player got the ball on a tackle in the box. I kept watching it again and again and it didn't seem like a pk to me. The 2nd pk was a Nesta grabbing a hold of Messi's shirt and taking him down. This should be a pk in theory but the ball wasn't played as it was a corner and the player hadn't kicked the ball yet. I mean I'm not sure about the rule but usually, a ref gives the defender a yellow or a red but not a pk. Shirt grabbing is always going on in the box and refs usually tells the player to stop it. Can't see how you can give a pk when the play hadn't not occured yet. If the ball is out of bounds on a thrown in and opposing player punches another player or grabs the other players shirt, the player is normally carded (yellow or red) but the throw in subsequently is taken. I mean a free kick isn't given instead so how could Nesta shirt grab be a pk? Incredible

Am not sure of the wording, but the rule says if there's shirt pulling going on at a dead ball situation the ref is suppose to stop play, talk to the players involved then he can give them a warning or a yellow card then the corner can be taken. The ref followed none of these and if UEFA don't want to seen to favour Barca then the ref should be punished

And what about the fourth official behind the goal that UEFA implemented this year? I mean who or what was he looking at? We need replays already!

Even with replays, it would still go Barca's favor. The world is for Barca, and there is so much negative energy towards Italians.

Yesterday I had it, I started yelling to my family about how most Italian clubs are doing nothing to get with the flow of modern marketing, and how the other leagues are going to keep taking over more uefa spots

The ref should have blown the whistle even before this frame as Busquets had already called to the ref about Nesta. At this instance the ref should be blowing up for Nesta's shirt pull and Puyol's obstruction. The ref should have blown the whistle even before this

Ball is about to be kicked into play, both Busquets and Nesta are being fouled, it doesn't matter which occurred first, in football terms each foul cancels each other out, 50:50 in a way.

Xavi has took his corner, the ball is now in play, it's clear Nesta is all over Busquets but also that Puyol has a nice bit of Nesta in his hand.

Then Busquets falls over (what's new?) and the ref gives a penalty. At first glance it looks like it's for Nesta shirt pulling but I think these frames show the ref screwed his job up, he's suppose to know the rules and should've stopped play before Xavi took the corner. I've seen it many times before were the ref blows his whistle before/during the corner kick to reset the play because of the shenanigans going on in the box. The same should of been done here.

-On a side note, am not anti-Barca and definitely not pro-Milan, as a romanista I wanted Italy to gain some co-effiecent points so I was going for Milan but they didn't deserve it Barca outplayed them. The thing that annoys me about Barca and why I hate watching them play sometimes is the amount of refereeing calls that go their way through their antics.

he was on the left side of abbiati, his view was blocked by Abate(?) and the main ref had a better view but still pulled a blind eye to it

I'm watching it on bet365 with English commentary. But this link should have a few good quality links for it aswell. And the the link shold also be useful for the vast majority of games you want to watch.

I didn't get a great look at him up close. I wouldn't doubt it though, he is so young still
