They're fine with being in Carson. East LA would actually be more "LA". They don't want to be in those locations because the owner is delusional.

Speak for yourself! I plan on living well into my 100's.

And I expect our stadium to be excellent! More excellent if I were rich enough to be able to afford on the surface level suites. That would be ... sweet! (sorry) But is should still be a damn cool stadium, and of course, OURS!!

    GO QUAKES!!!

You make it sound like that is news. We've known that for 6 months. Get over it. We're getting our new stadium in 2014 per the plan. Quit the mother********ing whining. I'm so sick of the bitching and moaning going on at these boards. Makes our fanbase seem like and ungrateful bunch of entitled ninnies.

We just came off one of the best seasons in team history. We've got our new stadium. It's bigger than any of us expected it would be. Is full of all the amenities, including a freaking bar. If you really need to whine, do so in your toilet bowl at this point. Because I REALLY don't want to hear it anymore.

Getting away from these boards for a while also helps.

Probably a few Gals games there sometime between March until August.... I also foresee some big drawing international matches there although, I think the Quakes stadium would rather get the majority of those....

Thank God they finally got that game out of the baseball park. Watching football at Pac Bell Park was even worse than watching soccer there. (Not that watching Giants baseball is enjoyable either mind you.)

Beautiful weather to begin construction but Thanksgiving weekend notwithstanding, the only trucks I saw there this week were the ones parked in front of In & Out Burger.

Construction Mobilization takes time. But I wouldn't expect a bunch of clowns like y'all to know that.

You can't really expect me to search a SmurfThread for the one or two posts that aren't stupid.
