    Hi guys

Me and a group of friends are going to be in the Dortmund area on September the 10th and are looking to go to the Dortmund vs. Berlin match. We'd love to get tickets into the Sudtribune ideally but when checking online a couple of days back didn't see the option to purchase tickets in this area of the ground? Does anyone have experience buying tickets in this stand and if so could you lend me some advice on the best way to go about it?

    Thanks in advance

I would also be interested in how to buy tickets. I'm looking at going to the Cologne game in October.

Getting tickets for the Süd isn´t that easy. You can try to order some via http://www.kartenvorverkauf-rupprecht.de/shop/index.html or some other seller if your familiar with German. Another option is to buy some on gameday infront of the Süd or Nord. You have to be there early.

It's almost impossible to get tickets for the Südtribüne (standing section). Alternative is Ebay Germany where lots of those tickets are sold but be prepared that they cost a lot more there.

Ahh, a fellow Seattle Sounders supporter in the house!!! What a tough way for Kasey Keller to go out, at least he won 3-straight Lamar Hunt US Open Cups with us :) ! I watched the second leg of our home-and-home series against Real Salt Lake on ESPN2 back on Wednesday night, losing 3-2 (winning the second leg 2-0) on aggregate in front of another sellout of over 36,000 strong at CenturyLink Field. I hope you can score some tix and be part of the 25,000 strong in the Südtribüne.

    Hello everyone,

I'll be in Dortmund in early April, when BVB have their big game against Bayern Munich.

I would love to go to this game. I am almost certain that this game will sell out, so buying tickets from the club is not really an option for me.

Therefore, i've done some research and as far as I can tell these are my 2 best options as sources of tickets.

(This covers both tickets + accommodation)

Does anyone have any experience or feedback regarding either of these sites?

Or, is there another place I can get tickets from?

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help

My problem is that tickets go on sale at the official site 4-6 weeks before the match. If I wait until then, and miss out on tickets, would I have any alternatives for getting tickets?

That site looks helpful, but unfortunately I dont speak any German

Rupprecht and Krause will most likely only sell to German addresses, so that's not an option.

    @Matt

I know this isn't the safest option but I never had problems to get tickets in front of the stadium ;). They usually cost 30-40 € more than original, but that's still "only" 60-90 €, the official prices of Premier League games so to speak...

Another option is the German Ebay www.ebay.de where lots of tickets are sold as soon as the official sale has started.

But before that you should definitely wait for the BVB Eventim site. If you're fast enough, you'll definitely get tickets. Oh and they usually put up a few tickets 1-2 days before the game starts again, even if they tell you it's sold out a few weeks before.

OK cheers, I might try it out then. Hopefully google translate is accurate enough :)

I would definitely pay €60-90 for a ticket (I may only ever get to go to a handful of BVB games in my life, so price isn't a major concern). However, I don't want to take the risk of turning up to the stadium without a ticket. I'd hate to go all the way from Australia to Germany to end up disappointed

German Ebay sounds like a good option. However, from the sounds of it, the Eventim site is the first option i should consider. Is there a way I can found out the EXACT time tickets go on sale?

not yet. The dates are published a few days before it starts. I will try to post it, but I can't guarantee that I won't have forgotten it by then.

    Hi

I'm trying to buy tickets for the Hoffenheim game on 28 January.

I had an email from the club telling me how to this by going to here

    https://www.eventimsports.de/shops/index.php3?shopid=20

    and clicking on Bestellen.

The problem is, whatever part of the stadium I click on, there are no tickets available.

There are 80,000 seats/standing and I don't want to click on all of them (obviously)

So is there any clue as to which part of the stadium will still have tickets for sale?

    I don't speak German, sorry.

From what I've seen both the Hoppenheim and the Leverkusen games are close to selling out. I saw one ticket for Hopp and about 40 for Leverkusen
